The Southern New Mexico Community Organizations Active in Disasters (COAD) is a group of local, state, and national organizations who have come together to help individuals and communities recover from disasters.  Working as a team, they are able to provide much more help than government organizations can provide.  This includes providing donation management, sheltering, debris removal, cleanup, and damage assessments.
